Clean and tidy room. Great location – close to roads that need improvement. Got local insights from the staff. The air conditioner was very effective in solving the warm room issue.

clean and comfy room with a separate bathroom - heated towel rack - AC, and TV. Friendly staff helped us print our bus tickets for free. About a 2.5KM walk to the old town - but there are two supermarkets nearby. Wi-Fi worked well at the reception area.

We appreciated the fact that the hotel was budget-friendly and had a convenient location close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was a good start to our day. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired as the room was not properly cleaned and we found several insects in our room. the lack of amenities such as a fridge or kettle was a disappointment.

The hotel had a great location near public transportation that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary breakfast that was offered, there were plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted delicious.
One major downside was the lack of soundproofing in our room. We could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located, being close to both the city center and the railway station. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi and modern facilities.
The breakfast menu could be improved to offer guests more options.

We enjoyed the large and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom which was very clean. The hotel had plenty of plug sockets and effective air conditioning despite the humid weather. We appreciated the courteous and helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was located in a quiet area with easy access to regular tram and bus services into the city center.
Couldn't stay longer. The hotel was located on the third floor without an elevator.
